How to use fender controls for 3 point hitch than get on tractor,and use the platform lever to operate 3 point hitch.

I assume you're talking about electronic hitch control. If it's anywhere close to the JD controls, raise and lower the 3 pt from the cab control.
At some point it will "catch" the position and will work as usual.
