My 4610 Utility, no cab, starts fine if I jump the terminals at the starter, so I want to chase down the wiring.

What is the simplest way to get to the ignitions switch?

Do I have to remove the hood?

Remove the key and retainer nut on the outside of the switch. You have almost enough wire in the harness to drop the switch down below the cowl it is mounted in. Be safe, remove the negative battery cable first.

Thanks. I just hope it's not a mouse problem!
