4610 draft control doesn't work

About a year or two ago my draft stopped working completely. If I move it up the lift doesn't do anything. I haven't taken anything apart yet, because I'm not really sure how all that works.

Has anyone seen this happen before?

Now my position control is getting to where it will not stay where I put it. If I raise it all the way up within 30 seconds it's moved and whatever I have picked up on the 3 point is dragging the ground. The more weight I have picked up the worse it seems to be.

Do you think these problems are related?

I am not sure about the draft other than there is a linkage problem under the 3pt top cover. The leaking down of the hitch is probably the lift cylinder seal is worn out. Both require removing the top cover to repair.
