455 Rear PTO

Does anyone have a photo of the rear PTO kit for a 455? its a very expensive addition, the cheapest I have found is $1,000. I currently have the transmission out of the mower and opened up and I have noticed the rear PTO is simply an extension of the mid PTO with a different sized splined end. I cant imagine the PTO kit being any more than a new rear cover for the transmission that has an opening for the PTO shaft and a new uni-joint that fits this shaft, is this correct?

I have attached some photos of the transmission opened up.

The top photo is the rear of the transmission. The splined shaft at the bottom is the rear PTO which is covered over with the transmission casing.

The bottom photo shows the mid PTO from the front of the Transmission. As far as I can tell it is just the other end of the PTO shaft shown in the top photo. The size of the splines are different though.

I can't help with pictures other than from JDParts, it sure looks more complicated than what you describe!
