4540 Hydraulic Strainer Question

The 50 hour service calls for the hydraulic strainer to be cleaned. I've seen the Hamiltonville Farms video where Hank says he loses 3.5 to 4 gallons of fluid. I could have sworn Ive read that its upwards of close to all of it doing the cleaning. Anyone else have any comments on fluid loss? Thanks.

I have a 4550 and it was a complete hydraulic fluid change for me when I did the 50 hour hydraulic strainer clean.
