4520 neutral switch ?

I have a 2005 jd 4520 compact tractor, power reverser , open station . the tractor has got where it won't start
turns over fine., but I first thought it was the ignition switch , but took it out and cleaned it and still won't fire. I think it may be the neutral switch on the forward and backward lever. can anyone tell me where the neutral switch is located and how much cost and trouble it is to replace . for awhile I could wiggle the lever backand forth and it would finally fire but has got to where it won't do anything at all now. thanks for any response or advice!

You said it "turns over fine". If the engine is cranking ok, then the neutral switch is not at fault. DO you get any smoke from exhaust while cranking? If no smoke, then either you have a fuel problem or shut off solenoid system problem. If you do have smoke, then glow plugs may be not working, low compression, or poor quality fuel.
