4400 and attachments

I just bought a new 4410 and as luck would have it I have now found a man wanting to sell his 1999 4400 hydro, 430 loader, JD 513 cutter, JD 45 rear blade. He bought it all new in Nov. of 2000 and has had health problems so he only put 16.9 hrs on it. I'm thinking about buying this outfit and keeping the loader for my 4410, what would be a fair price for the tractor, cutter and blade?
