4300 loader and rockshaft hydraulics

Need help, had tractor to dealer, JD says the SCV is OK, then why does the loader drop when pulling back on the joy stick? Rock shaft won't lift even 200 pounds. All tests checkout OK. Don't know if I'm posting this correctly, my first time at this website.

You mean you had the tractor at a JD dealer, and they couldn't figure out why the hydraulics aren't working correctly?? If so, time to find a new JD dealer!

We need some more info to really help you like:

1-You said "All tests checkout OK" But what tests?
2-Was the system pressure tested?
3-How many hours on the fluid, and when was the return screen last cleaned and the filter replaced?
