4230 quad pac

I changed my old style 2 speedPAC for the new style.Also changed the clutch operating housing to match new style 2 speedPAC. I have no pressure at the clutch valve test port. Has anybody done this switch before? Every thing looks the same,don't know if new parts are causing this problem or maybe dirt from the R&R? Thanks David
