422 starting problem

can any body tell me how to get in contact with robin to get the parts i need? i emailed them 3 times and they have yet to contact me

Contact the right one for your location...and ask for a 22hp "expert" dealer near you...If a worthy dealer is not close ask if you can do the install yourself for convenience(since you can't get it to a dealer)I believe Robin wants to work thru a dealer/distributor chain but may alter that policy if you are not close to anyone. Make all these contacts via telephone...Too, have your engine numbers written down in front of you for these calls,i.e.,model=EH65,Spec code=?,
ser. num.= ?, Tractor model and id#...
