I have seen many post about this, and posted a few myself. Well just replaced the return (torsion) springs to fully seat the pedals at the top. Easier if you take pedals off and pull foot deck slightly and remove assembly for bench work replacement. Sorry no pictures. Before someone goes into all trouble shooting of the sensors/electronics this may be a solution as it was for me. Pedals seating fully at top no more codes and works like day was delivered.

To troubleshoot;
It was hard for me to tell as it looked like pedals were normal. When tractor starts to hiccup and not move and spit codes stop, kick foot under each pedal lift up, wait, let code clear, then try forward, if it moves forward let off kick foot under pedal lift up, wait a second then try same in reverse. If this works without issues then I would bet it is your springs. Mine got so bad they acted like it was in cruise and would not stop until I kicked the pedal up. Sometimes it would move sometimes it would not.

Hope this helps someone...just thought I would throw this out there as a good life experience as sometimes it is the simpler of things that will solve problems as people start to overt think situations.
