I assume this is a hydro transmission?
The dealer ensured there were no linkage problems. Did they give you any idea of what could be wrong in the transmission?

Yes its a hydro. Dealer says will be something obvious when splitting tractor. ( eg. spun collar ) Thanks for reply!

My father in law had an issue with his 4115 similar to yours and it turned out to be the bracket that holds the hydro pedal pivot underneath. The MMM had rubbed it enough to break it and we welded the broken piece back in place with clearence for the deck.

Are all the wires to the pedals connected? Check long gear lever to make sure it is turning the shaft it is connected to.

No wires, it's not a eHydro machine.

Wouldn't the first step be putting a guage on the pump to determine if it is putting out the required pressure ( after checking fluid level and possible filter blockage ) ? I would not be so quick to tear it down without a closer inspection. These things are practically bullet proof.

Dealer did put gage on it,to find out everything is correct.
