4110 hydraulic system

Dumb question, going by tractor supply this eve. to see if they have what I need to hook up my grapple. Figured I'd pick up some hyd oil to top off with after hook up. Do the hyd system and trans. share the same fluid? Wonder how mutch I'll need?

Yes the transmission and hydraulic share the oil, and it takes 9 to 10 gal.

To add to Galen's post, you will need enough to fill the hoses and cylinder on your new set up.
