4110 glow plug wire come loose

I have a 2007 mahindra 4110 I just got. Near the glow plug bar, there is a wire with a spade type connector that has come loose from somewhere. It's tied into the wire harness that goes to the wire to the glow plug bar and is only about. 8 inches long. It's charged when the glow plugs are activated by the key switch. My glow plug light does not come on , and the tractor is hard to start and smokes when cold. I believe the loose wire is part of the glow plug system but can't tell where it supposed to hook up. Any help would be appreciated
