I have recently noticed that if I'm standing in front of the tractor and the bucket is raised up off the ground and level to the ground, I can easily lift the bucket (by hand) up and roll it back a good 20 degrees or so. I noticed this issue while grading/back dragging with it today. It seems that there is a lot of "play" in the cylinders. I'm not sure where to start looking other than checking hyd fluid level in the daylight tomorrow. Nothing appears bent, but I'm certainly not an expert. Thoughts as to where to look???

Thanks in advance

My 410 FEL does the same thing. Doesn't really bother me.

Mine's this way, too. It's kinda like the 3 ph. You can easily raise it above where it's sitting. Can't lower it. You have to know this when back grading. The bucket will just ride where you put it by gravity but can tilt up if forced up by what you're dragging.

My 300cx does the same thing. I've tried everything that the dealer and members of this board have suggested with no luck. I believe that there is air trapped in the cylinders so the next thing that I am going to try is to loosen a hose just enough to bleed a little fluid and hopefully a lot of air.

If you choose to try this , remember that hydraulic fluid under pressure (measured in thousands of PSI) can be extremely dangerous (& potentially fatal!) if not handled correctly so be extremely careful and do not do anything if you are not totally confident with your skills in that area.
