Quoted $24,500 for 4035 PST with FEL. Sound about right?

For retail price, yes. If you're doing their 0% financing that may be the best you can do. I'd personally try getting a quote on a similar model at another dealer and use that to try and get the price down some, but that may not work.

I got a quote today for a 4035 HST with FEL for 25,750. I was thinking about getting the 5030 I believe it was. But, I needed remotes on the back and that was an extra 750 making it 24,250. But, it had 2.99 % finance where the other on 4035 has 0% financing made it a no brainer about which one to get. Now, I'm trying to decide on buying new or used.

Take your time and buy the tractor you want to buy, no matter what make or model. Try to visualize what you want it for, then usually add a size or two up from that. Think on it some more, wiggle stuff, and kick some more tires. You have to remember that that extra few hundred or thousand you will be spending is spread over a long time period, and that buying something that you will not be happy with is not worth fretting over a couple dollars in the long term.. Not saying you will end up buying the perfect tractor, if they make such a thing, but do your best... and enjoy the process..
