4035 HST Crank No Start

Hello everyone. I am borrowing a friends 4035 HST to mow some pastures. Tractor was running fine til it wasn't. Starting chugging, acting like it was low on fuel while mowing, and died on me. It will not start back up. Checked fuel tank. 3/4 tank or more. I've checked prime at the fuel filter. Good. I've checked prime at each injector. Good. Battery is on charger. 14.4 volts while attempting to start. To prevent a dead battery situation. The owner did state he has been having problems engaging the PTO at times. I did not experience said issue while operating the tractor. Owner also stated the tractor would not start unless the range/gear selector wasn't fully in gear. I've tried every option: N-H with no success. At this point I'm assuming it is a PTO safety switch issue.

Any and all help is greatly appreciated. Owner is going to try to have their mechanic son swing by as soon as possible. Hopefully with y'alls help I can get it running before he has to make the trip all the way out here.
