Secondly, are you just stating a fact or would you like some advice... and what kind of advice. :)

A picture would help too, Mate. Mind you, that old 4020 could just be 'marking its territory'.

Right behind oilpan you have where tractor bolts front to back and then there is looks to be an access panel for servicing maybe hydraulic with two small bolts holding it in place. Leak seems to come from bolt head. I wish it owned all it has marked:):)

That cover is for your clutch inspection / throw out bearing,remove it and see if oil is coming from engine side or transmission side?

Now you scaring me like I have a sick child. I'll check it out asap. Thanks for the help. Hard to find anyone who knows these things

Could be rear engine oil seal or trans input seal leaking unless tractor serial # is >201,000 then it could also be pto engagement piston seals leaking. Either way tractor would have to be "split" to correct the oil leak

I think Jim has it. Either way, if it's not leaking a lot, you can probably buy a whole drum of oil cheaper than the repair. :)
