Well it didn't take me long.
I was in the "Attachments" forum and used the browsers back button to return to the main index when it happened. Hope this helps.

I've seen it several times as well. I believe it's in the spaces where advertisers have they're ads, seems like to ads don't download with the rest of the page....

I keep getting a request from http://di.openx.org to open in my trusted sites every time I move from page to page on TBN. This started yesterday and this is the only place where it happens...

I am having the above problem again...along with the "400 Bad Requests"

Haven't had that but been getting a lot of of text at the top saying "you need flash player to display this" or something to that effect.
Odd thing is I do have flash player...

Which page are you getting the error code on? Please post it so we can diagnose it.
