I was just browsing PT's web-site, and comparing the specs on 400 series, 1400 series, and 1800 series. A few things strike me as strange, and I'm wondering if they're misprints or something:
The 400 series both weigh around 1300-1400 lbs.
The 1430 weighs 2500 lbs, and the 1460 weighs 5600lbs!
The 1845 weighs 1800 lbs, 1850 weighs 3800 lbs.
I'm confused. Where do the huge weight differences come from? Is see that the 1460 has an all 3/4" frame where the 1430 has a combination of 1/4" - 3/4" frame material. Obviously, the larger engine weighs more also. Do the frame and engine make a 3100 lbs difference?
Or, are the specs a simply typos?
Regards,
Dave
