I would suggest keeping a small notepad and pen in the tool box. Write down what happened the first time with the date, hours and symptoms. Next time it happens, do the same. This will allow you to show the dealer/rep a pattern with much more accuracy than trying to remember every detail. It's also a dated log of incidents that documents the ongoing issue, hard for them to dismiss.

UPDATE: I went out today to pull it out of the barn and clean off all the oats and crap that was all over. I could not get the tractor to repeat it. Unless it has something to do with hot hydro fluid, it never got to full temp?

My 3320 did the same thing to me - twice. Left the 3-pt all the way up (no implement attached) and the next time I walked by the tractor several days later it was all the way down. It hasn't done it since then and its got 120-some hours on it now with a 500 lb grader blade hanging on it most of the time - go figure...

I'm suspicious that there was probably a piece of debris in the valve that has finally cleared itself, but what do I know??

I will create that log.

I also think that there is something floating and sticks valves. I hope it clears and there is nothing more to it. I hate to see new stuff tore apart.... Unless I am doing it myself to know its done right.
