3rd eh SCV

I have a John deere 4044r that I just installed a 3rd eh SCV on. It operates extremely slow and doesn't build any pressure. If I actuate the 3rd SCV and another SCV at the same time the 3rd SCV will operate at normal speed and builds pressure.
Any ideas as to what might be causing this problem?

It is a factory eh SCV. It bolts right on to the end of the 2 spool loader valve thus adding the 3rd. The 3rd eh SCV has 3 ports on the mounting face that match up with 3 ports on loader valve .there are no external supply or return lines. It has two external ports for the supply lines to a cylinder.

That sounds like a diverter valve, not a true 3rd function. It diverts an existing line (lift or curl) when engaged. If so, you hit the button to engage the diverter, then use the appropriate (lift or curl) lever to operate the 3rd function.

I installed the kit. If I remember right the number is BLV10763. It is a cab tractor. My tractor also has dealer installed four and five remote rear valve which is piped in to the loader valve.

If I do that both functions operate but the third operates faster than the other function until I release the button or the third function is completed and then the other function will kick into full pressure and speed.
