3pt implement dropping

What causes a 3pt hitch implement (box blade, disc, bush hog) slowly drop to the ground while traveling? Most of the time I have no problems but now and then, all of a sudden, I will realize that the box blade is on the ground. I checked the hydraulic fluid level and it is full. I thought it had something to do with traveling on rough terrain, but today I was carrying some items in the FEL up my drive way, and the box blade slowly lowered.

Not sure if the CK series has a knob under the seat, where your foot might hit it occasionally, that adjusts the lowering speed of the 3PH, (like there is on the DK series). If there is a knob I'd tighten it up slightly, and see if that retards the lowering of the 3PH, while moving with a load like the BB. Don't tighten it too much or the 3PH will end up not lowering....

I have the rear tilt on hyrdaulic. I have at times pushed it too far one way or another and lose power to the 3pt, but that is pretty noticeable, and was not the case for the 3pt dropping.

I keep the knob turned for fastest up and down, so I will try to turn it the other way when traveling and see if that helps.

It sounds to me like yor ML valve may be leaking and causing it to drop wih the load on it, I would contact my deaer and have them check it out. May possible need to be cleaned or replaced.
