3pt arms problem descending

I have JD 2305, The 3 point arms go up well but are very finicky going down, sometimes they just won't go down, even if I'm standing on the drawbar, sometimes they work ok. When it is not working well, I adjust the flow control valve, if its all the way open it won't allow downward movement, if I crank it in a little it will go down very very slow.........Any ideas???

May have to remove it and blow it out.

3 pt arms are working now. Like Murphy1244 said, blow it out. The flow control valve was sticking, probably from lack of use,
