3910 power steering not working

new to me 3910, power steering not working when i got it, the lines from the steering sector to the cylinders just been changed,,will the lines have to be bled ??, i looked in the filler cap on the pump while it was running and there was fluid flowing thru the pump, any suggestions

No need to bleed, simply turn wheel slowly lock to lock several times, and it will take care of itself

Thats what I thought,,I got another problem then,,its still not working,,i guess my next step will be to change the filter and change the fluid,,i dont think this it
was serviced regularly in its prev life

replaced the filter and fluid,,works like a charm
