I'm having a difficult time pushing grease through the fitting above the front axle. I pulled the fitting and it's fully machined. Anyone having this issue?

On the front axle pivot? Those can be under tremendous pressure and at times won't take grease from the $10 auto store grease guns, but require the heavy duty high pressure grease guns. Try using the loader to lift weight off the front axle and give it a squirt.

Same problem with my 3016 and I am using so much pressure from my air grease gun its pushing off my clip on grease gun fitting. I pulled mine all apart and found it had grease and for the life of me I can't see the path grease is suppose to take.

My dealer said its tight tolerances making it difficult to push grease in. They said It's taking grease just really slow.
As Sysop says, if you have a loader, put the bucket down and lift the wheels off the ground, this make it easier to get grease in. If you don't have a loader then a heavy impliment ie box blade, on the 3ph to transfer weight off the front axle will help getting grease into the axle pivot.
