353HST Hard to shift into/out of 4WD HELP ?

my 353HST is very hard to shift into and out of 4 wheel drive ---any help appreciated......

I would like to help but to be honest I have never taken mine out of 4wd.

ok----whn it gts warmer, ill wd40 all the linkage and see if that helps----otherwise I'll just leave it in 4WD ---i cut grass and Brushhog --- sometimes the mud is hard to see, so I'll not have an issue if it's already in gear.......thanks,

I've had to grease mine / use oil on the linkage. Solved the issue for me.

I always use lithium grease
