Tires 3510 Front Tires

My 3510 has Ag tires on it. I have one on the front with a slow leak. I think I'm going to try the green slime in it. A friend of mine had the his front tires filled with foam and has had no more problems. Does anyone know if you can foam the fronts with a fel. My friend does not have a fel.
