345 hydro will only move half speed-

My 345 hydro mower will only move half speed.... not sure where to start. Checked fluid level and thats fine. Should i do a filter and fluid change?

I would look at the linkage underneath to see if something is loose or bent. Same problem for forward and reverse?
I am not familiar with that mower but some have a brake interlock linkage that could be involved with the problem.
Likely you will need to remove some sheet metal to see how all this works.

The filter might be clogged but not if the problem started all at once.
