I have a 3320 with about 200hrs on it and I am noticing that I no longer have they hydro speed or FEL power I used to have. For example when I start moving in 'B' range it will take off with a decent acceleration and speed but then slows down. RPM doesn't change it (once you hit an RPM that works the hydro). FEL has full range but not the lifting power it used to. Engine runs great and hyd level is perfect. I have changed the fluid and filter but its been a while ago (couple years as I do not put many hours on the tractor)

Any thoughts?

Suction filter collapsing :confused3: . . . But that doesnt explain FEL pressure loss. :confused2:

Get yourself an inexpensive pressure gauge and attach it to a hose with quick connect to check the pressure at the loader SCV. That will determine if you have a pressure problem. Do you have the service manual?
