My injectors were seeping a bit of fuel that I could see on the threads of the injector nozzle just below the top nut where the fuel comes in. Tried tightening the nut and no luck, still weeping fuel slowly. Tried adding Teflon tape, no luck. I think in the process, I rotated the injectors, and the sleeves with the rubber fuel lines that run between the 3 injectors, from their original alignment. It was tough to keep the sleeves still while tightening the nut. Now it doesn't run as well and is blowing some white smoke out the exhaust pipe. What did I do wrong? Help!
