I'VE HAD IT!!! Today i called DLL who i have the tractor leased through to get them involved. This ReGen BS started in September of 2015 when the tractor was 14 months old and 192 hours. I have 554 hours on it now. Area rep won't return calls, Dealer don't want to see it in his yard again and of course no satisfaction from corporate. If the leasing co. can't help i either dump it on a Mahindra and take it in the shorts or find a mechanical pump and pull all the emissions bull$hit off. OH, New issue too boot, Rough gear noise in midrange. Quiet in low or high......
32 months, 3 dealers, 2 area reps and still no solution.....

I have a good dealer in my area. Where are you? Another options is doing a YouTube Video and documenting what is going on. Be fair and very descriptive in the video. Like someone else said, bad publicity may get them to act!
Wasn't an hour after posting this i got a text from the area rep. Not sure if someone saw this or he was returning my text from earlier yesterday. He said he would be in touch shortly. Already have videos on Youtube and have had multiple others contact me having the same issues. FWIW, I grew up on a dairy farm and i have been running tractors for 40 years...........

It went into limp all on it's own. I kept trying to mess with the Regen button once it went into limp mode because I couldn't remember how to force a Regen. I was able to hold the regen button for 10 seconds with the key on and then started which forced a Regen which then took an hour and a half to complete. Was good for about 4 Regen cycles and now started all over again.

Sounds like it bogs down badly during Regen and is unusable.
Yep, The Wife says I'm about as bright as a burnt out light bulb.
Watch the videos. Look at the bottom left side of the instrument cluster and you'll see the red Exclamation point. It goes in limp mode upon Regen. RPM's are limited and i cannot use the tractor anywhere from 40 minutes to an hour. I end up setting the throttle wide open and it runs 1400 or so. Go in the house for coffee and wait till it sound like the engine is going to fly out of it AKA it gets it's RPMS back. Then the regen is complete, SOMETIMES! Has had 1 new DPF filter, A smaller pulley on the air pump to get more air into it on regen and has had the regen burners replaced. Still pulls the same garbage. Sometimes it will go through 2-3 regens fine and then screw up.

Its been a while so I have to ask if there has been a resolution to your tractor problems.
No resolution George. Just excuses.......
My XR4046 started doing the same thing today. The last few days I had the flashing regen light with the red engine warning light but no lose of power. Today it went down to 1800 rpms. Cannot get it forced into a regen cycle. On re-start the regen light comes on with the temp light like it should for an automatic regen cycle but then the temp light goes out and the regen light starts to blink. Then the engine light would come on. Now it's blinking all the time. Disconnected battery thought it may re-set but didn't work. I guess it's time to take it to the dealer. Mine just went over 800 hrs. Never had a problem until now.

Do you need to have a specific amount of fuel available in the tank for it to regen?
Not that I am aware of. Tank is full. Regen would happen approximately every four hours regardless of tank level. I have a call into a dealer.
