Buying Advice 317 Value

Okay, I asked my grandfather how much he wanted for his 317 today. He wants 300. I dont think this is a good deal, because I think the tractor and deck are worth 200-225. His bottom is 300 if i buy the paint and help sand. I'm gonna try to get him down to 250 if I buy the paint, wash it, and sand it. He is going to paint it. Do you think 250 is a good deal?? It does not run, but He thinks its just the coil. I had my aunt buy one but ts hasnt come yet, when its already been a week!! It has some other problems aswell, that I see, but they are only cosmetic...

I think your grandfather is giving you a great deal. Give him the 300, say thanks, kiss him on the cheek and then go wash his truck. You'll both be happy over it.

Yeah, I'm going to do it for 300, but I'm really only paying 125 because i already have a brand new batt, and coil. Im going to pay for half and my dad is going to pay the other, so I will have to work to pay it off.
