3130GST rpm max out at 1500

Got the spring.....replaced it and she runs like new. Those springs are a chore to get in there properly but I finally managed. The throttle lever seems real tight when not running but I'm assuming there is some pressure assist of some sorts when the engine is running. Thanks for the tips!
