If you check over some of the used tractor sites from Europe,you'll see that quite a few of the tractors over there are running on tires smaller than is the norm over here. Why I'm not really sure,because the wider singles are also more popular there.

13.6-16 4ply.............1570 lbs.
41x14.00-20 4 ply......3080 lbs.
