My experience with HF over the years, is the same as Ranchman. In fact, currently waiting for an order to arrive (couldn't resist some half price 12x20 tarps!). I will say they don't give you any hassle on used returns. A couple of years ago, had one of their 3hp plunge routers. Used on a good number of pieces of MDF. Found the adjustment mechanism had too much play in it for detailed work. It went back on their nickel, and when they received it, a refund was given me. They are sloooow with their standard (free) shipping, but I've been too cheap to upgrade to other shipping /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif It kinda dwindles in via USPS. In my book, there are much worse venders to deal with.
