3 rear remotes on a John Deere 1026R

I believe that JD does offer up to 2 rear remotes for those tractors. And yes it is a very clean installation.:thumbsup:

They only offer one, and I believe you cant have it and the PB kit at the same time. Your kit (and Chevy's addition) are MUCH better options.

Hard to disagree with that. But????
So the picture that I am looking at on page 11 in the 1 Family brochure with the 4 rear remote outlets is not 2 rear remotes???

LVB25837 for the part number.

Very nice install and on a 1026R to boot! Where did you get your tubing from with all the connections? Did you flare it or how did you do it for the connects?

That kit sells for about $300. All it does is "extend" the mid-SCV ports to the rear via some hoses and hardware.

Thank you.

I got the tubing from Zorro industrial Supplies, the valve from Surplus Center, the fittings & connectors from Discount Hydraulic Hose.

I flared all of the new connections with 37 degree flares.

Kenny is correct.

This also includes the John Deere 2 Series.

The brochure is mis leading. It shows the 4 outlets and states "Add more productivity". I guess that their "more productivity" is plugging in at the rear instead of under the floor board???:confused2:

Well, it appears as if I believe what is printed, or should I say interpret things poorly? :ashamed: I wonder if their brochure is misleading on purpose or if it was just me? :confused3: Oh well, it's straightened out now.

Personally, I see nothing wrong with the kit in question. It gives the operator the option of using front attachments or rear attachments, just not both at the same time.

I've saw several posts on TBN where owners "T'd" hoses to do the same thing.

So I guess it actually does "add more productivity". :)
