3 point stopped normal operation

I recently purchased an MT20 FD with less than 30 hours since the refurb. The tractor, loader, and bush hog performed flawlessly for 20+ hour_until I ran over a branch that busted through the fiberglass body/rear fender well . I took the body pan off the tractor and repaired the fiberglass. The tractor sat for 10 days while the repairs were made. Today I finished reassembling the body to the tractor, started it, and went to lift the bush hog but no reponse... The HO level is fine and the fluid/filter are less than 50hrs old. When I removed the implement and lifted with no weight it worked fine. I then tried standing on the arms but no luck . Is there a seperate screen in addition to the spin off filter? Is there something I'm missing or does anybody have a good way of troubleshooting the hydraulic 3 point system with out tearing down? Tghis is my first post_Any and all suggestions welcome as I continue to lose uptime and jobs

Thanks for the info. I have looked at this MT20 FD a little bit closer and see where the hydraulics were electric at some point. It looks as if they retrofitted the tractor with a manual control valve. So, I removed the up/down control valve and verifed that no orfices were not clogged. I also verified the pump and iplement downfall speed control knob were working. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Start with verifying hyd pressure and pump flow.. then work down the circuit till you get tot he lift.

Prime areas for problems are leaky relief valves.. or bypassing pumps or spool valves.
