3 point sickle bar

Hello

Can anybody give me information about a Ford 515 3 point sickle bar mower. Are these able to mow at angle's or only flat?
What would one of these be worth?

Be sure it will fit you tractor. the fords have a lower bar that attaches forward to the axle. Find a newer NH or better yet an IH 1300 or New Idea 1300 unit. They are easy to hook up too, especially the IH. Plenty of parts available for both. Ford parts may be tough to find, so check. I would not pay much for a Ford unit.

The 515 will mow up or down at least 65 degrees. My 515 owners manual does not state the limits. The wobble drive allows a large range of motion.
I have had no trouble getting parts, but have not needed anything serious. Wear parts are readily available. Wobble box bearings are as well. I have had to make my own grass board, but that's a simple matter.
Auction sites have these from $500-$1,500 or even more.
