3 point problems on 851

OK, I pulled the side plug on the trans and a little fluid started coming out.
Then pulled the hyd drain plug and only fluid.???????
One of my neighbors has Allis C. tractors, big ones for tractor pulls, I ask him and he didn't seem to know much about toys. He did ask if there is an enternal hyd fluid filter that might be stopped up which would cause foaming..Geee I just don't know what to do here....

no external hyd filter.

if there is no water in the hyds.. AND trans is at normal level, engine is at normal level, and diffy is at normal level.. thent he overfill int he hyds won't hurt anything.

if the 3pt is eratic.. you will actually haveto fix it.

top cover kit is about 15$

Problem solved. Replaced the pin (5/16" x 7/8" ), about 5 bucks and the cover gasket kit 15 bucks ( the only things that would fit, Oring for hyd. cyld. ) the main gasket even had to be trimed around bolt holes to work!!! It has made in USA stamped right on it, one would think better from our own people.

Yes you did!!! But there are some of us that try all the easy ways first. You noticed, of course, I did ask a lot of questions. And by doing so I was able to learn some other things---YEAAAAAA!!
