3 point hyd pressure prob

I have a 2800 Branson The 3 point hitch will not stay up when the tractor is shut down, also jumps up and down like a valve not holding pressure. Only on 3 point not the bucket loader. Have no float lever on three point:

Any one having the same prob.

The o-ring on the 3-pt piston is worn out.

You do have float in the lever down position.

Have you did a pressure check.

Most tractors will not maintain up status on the lift arms.

Any leakage whatever will allow the arms to drift down.

Of course, some tractor lift arms will stay up longer than others.

3pt valve could be leaking, O-rings on the piston.

If your descent valve is good, you can screw it tight with the lift arms up, and if the arms fall, then you know the o-rings are leaking.
