3 point hitch on 4530 sluggish

I have a 4530, and pretty much since the day i bought it, the 3 point seems to hang in the up position and you can't lower the arms. The dealer took it in and couldn't find anything wrong. The problem is now worse, I have middle buster on the tractor and can't get it down. Any similar problems or ideas.

I had the same problem with my bobcat ct440. The problem was a stuck valve on the three point hitch lowering/lock valve. I took the valve apart and freed it up, and now it seems to work fine. I don't know if you have a similar valve on your tractor? Hope this helps.

I had the same problem with my 2810 HST. The valve that controls the speed of drop and it shuts off the flow of oil so it will not settle when in transport closed it self off. Dont really know a good name worth repeating for it but. . .it should be directly under the seat on the floor. Only stipulation is don't, DON'T!TURN IT ALL THE WAY OUT. My Kioti has a tendency of shutting itself off too.

My guess is that the "Hitch lowering speed adjustment knob" needs to be adjusted properly.
