3 point hitch and deck adjustment

I have a 2006 kubota bx 2330. When I work with the three point hitch the mmm deck goes up and down also. Is there a way to keep the deck at the top and still work with the 3 point hitch?
Also how do you adjust the mower deck height? I have only ran it a few hours. The only way I see to adjust it is with the gauge wheels.

Check out my thread. I bought my tractor this past fall and it went all the way to the ground. I haven't gotten to mow anything since I got it fixed, but I've got some pictures that will show you what you need to know.

Raise the mmm and 3ph to the top using your hydraulic control. Then turn the mmm cutting height control to the top position. If every thing is working correctly, the mmm deck should stay at the top. Then you can use the 3ph as you wish with out the mmm deck moving.:thumbsup:

I missed the part about adjusting the deck mowing height.
Raise the mmm deck to its highest setting(top), and then set the cutting height dial to desired cutting hight. Now lower your deck and it should stop at
the hight you selected.
