3 point bleeds

hello,
I have a 84 shibaura 4043 the three point bleeds down while in operation I dont see any leaks....it still operates great it just slowly bleeds down...what should I replace....also My loader Has developed a small leak on the loader hydraulic is hard to replace the seal?

Does the 3PT handle vibrate down also ?

the 3 point operates off a toggle switch so im not sure.
