Is anyone with a 2wd TD with a loader on it having front end problems. My drag link is rubbing the bottom of the front end housing, wearing a groove in it. It has also caused 2 drag links to be bent like a pretzel.

My td is 4 wheel drive so it's a lot different. I can't imagine the drag link rubbing on anything unless something isn't installed right, or bent. I looked at the diagram for the 2 wheel one and it doesn't look like it is possible to rub.

You 've got a lot of damge to your front end. You must be overloading your loader or you've hit something while having a big load on it. Stop using it and fix it before you're into some big $ repairs.

The tractor is still under warranty it only has 400 hours on it. The biggest load I have picked up with it was a 6ft bucket full of dirt. I noticed NH now installs the 810 on these tractors where I have the 820. Mostly this tractor is used to load hay. With no load on the loader there can't be 1/4" clearance between the drag link and the frame. When you load it they touch.
