2740 & 3240 owners, need your help!

Well it looks like the JD 790 isn't in the running on this one. Anyone else out there that has looked at and driven the 790 and decided on the 2740?

Thanks Ken, I believe FarmTrac is going to increase the tire size on thier 270 & 320 soon...thats what dealer rep keeps telling me.

I am shopping for a tractor.
You ask if anyone out here has looked at the 790.
I *look at* 790s almost every day when out there tractor shopping.

Because I have to drive by Deere dealers on my way to Montana, Farmtrac, Mahindra and NH dealers.

I haven't even bothered to sit on the 790, however. The spec sheet and price tag is enough to keep me away.
