250as belarus

Just baught a basket case of a tractor.think i can get it going with a little help.it is a 250 belarus.i am haveing trouble finding out how to time the injector pump.does any one know how?:conf:confused3:

Got the thing runing.runs preaty good just has a nock in topend.not shur weather its a fuel nock or what.am goen to swap sides with the injectors to see if it changes cylenders or not.raining here to day so guess ill have to wate till tomarrow.
