hi my husband is restoring a 248 industrial ih tractor hes having problems with the clucth which he new would need replacing as no clutch on the pedal, weve replaced plate, bearings etc and put back together still no clutch and pedal remains low, took it apart again replaced thrust bearing carrier and checked the internal lever not bent or damaged and still no clutch and pedal still very low even with the linkage adjusted any ideas anybody please thanks for your help in advance andrea x
