Just wanted to give a quick update on my Fredricks 2420D everyone helped me select a few months back. Thanks to everyone's input and advice I think I came away with a winner.
Little 2420 runs like a sewing machine. First up first time every time so far, even when it's been cold. Plenty of power for everything I do. The powershift is awesome. Don't know why every gear tractor doesn't include that.
So far I've done some driveway work with the box blade. Tilled up the garden and built rows. Watered plants and sprayed. Added a quick hitch and made sure all my gear was compatible.
Water carrier started off as a carry all frame from agri supply with a couple minor mods to make it function with the quick hitch. Sprayer is a frame from Bxpanded for a northern tool sprayer that I again modified to work easier with the quick hitch. Both electric with a switch added between my feet. Tiller is Del Morino and works like a champ. Row builder is home built but based on an existing design.
