2320 Throttle slack

Hello. Just discovered a throttle problem with my 2011 2320. I have slack in my throttle cable under the dash. I checked the cable on the fuel pump and no slack there so it's coming from the lever. Anyone know how this thing's attached? Wanna get some idea before I start tearing into it. It's getting more loose so I need to fix it before my throttle loses highest or lowest speed.

One or the other of the ends of the sheath around the internal cable must have come loose.

Look at inj pump to determine if throttle cable housing to connected to support outline in red. Other end of cable will more than likely be a lot more difficult to view.

I checked the cable on the pump and it looks good there. I think it's under the dash. I pulled up a thread here from 2008 and it showed 2 jam nuts under the throttle lever that came loose. I'll do some more checking before I commit to taking the dash apart again. I usually take it apart every spring to get to the drive shaft grease zerk.
